TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASE
All types of visits by the User to Menta ADVS. S.L. shall be subject to these conditions, which the User expressly accepts when completing the purchase of one or more tickets.
The sale of “TICKETS” by Menta ADVS. S.L. includes two modalities:
Tickets (general and reduced rates, including audioguide) and guided tours.
The different ticket categories are as follows:
- General: Adults aged 18 and over.
- Reduced: students (up to 25 years old), pensioners, unemployed persons, persons with disabilities, members of large families (official accreditation is required).
- Free: official tour guides, ICOM members (official accreditation is required), and children under 12 years of age.
Through the “TICKETS” section accessible on the website www.sannicolasvalencia.com, the User may access a link where tickets may be purchased for:
The Parish-Museum of San Nicolás of Valencia, which allows visits with an audioguide or guided tour to all publicly accessible areas that are clearly marked. Access to unauthorized areas is not permitted.
By purchasing a ticket in a given category, the User declares that they meet the age and/or eligibility requirements for that category. MENTA ADVS. S.L. reserves the right to request documents proving age, qualification, or residence prior to access. Failure to provide such documentation may result in denied entry unless the difference between the paid price and the applicable ticket price is paid.
The User has several ticket options available, whose features and retail prices are indicated during the purchase process.
1. Payment Method
Payment conditions and methods for purchasing tickets or guided tours are detailed during the purchase process, managed by MENTA ADVS. S.L.
2. Taxes
Final prices displayed include VAT and any other applicable taxes in force at the time of purchase.
3. Ticket Delivery
Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) business hours after payment, the User will receive a confirmation email with a link to the purchased tickets. These must be presented electronically upon arrival to MENTA ADVS. S.L. staff.
The order confirmation is not valid as an invoice, but only as proof of purchase. To request an invoice, the User must contact visitor services at visita@sannicolasvalencia.com.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. Nature of the Service and Absence of Withdrawal Right
Pursuant to Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchased tickets, as they relate to leisure services with specific dates and times selected by the User.
Therefore, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once the purchase has been confirmed, except as expressly provided herein.
2. Cancellations by the User
Failure to attend, late arrival, or any other cause attributable to the User shall not entitle the User to a refund or date change. Arrival at least 15 minutes in advance is recommended.
3. Technical Failure During the Experience
In the event of interruption or malfunction of immersive content (e.g., image, sound, or synchronization failure), the User may:
- Attend the next available session on the same day, subject to availability.
- If attendance is not possible, receive a voucher valid for 30 calendar days.
No refund shall be issued unless it is impossible to offer a reasonable alternative.
4. Closures Due to Religious Events or External Causes
The venue is a heritage site with active religious use and may be temporarily closed due to liturgical celebrations.
In case of changes, Menta ADVS. S.L. undertakes to:
- Publish them on its website as soon as possible.
- Notify users by email, offering:
- A change of date/time.
- A voucher for another date.
Such situations shall not give rise to refunds unless rescheduling is impossible. Any refund will be made using the original payment method.
The User may not exercise the right of withdrawal if access is denied due to non-compliance with these conditions.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the User may no longer use the ticket in accordance with Articles 1303 and 1308 of the Civil Code.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION AND FORCE MAJEURE CANCELLATIONS
MENTA ADVS. S.L. reserves the right of admission and may deny access to users whose behavior threatens safety.
MENTA ADVS. S.L. may cancel or modify sessions or events due to force majeure or justified external causes without prior notice and without compensation, except for unused tickets.
INVALIDITY OF CONDITIONS
If any provision is declared null and void, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
MENTA ADVS. S.L. is not affiliated with any consumer arbitration platform. However, pursuant to Regulation 524/2013, users may access the European online dispute resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Valencia (Spain), unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
